Geschichte

Jeder Bissen trägt dieselbe Liebe und dasselbe Lachen in sich, die Nana'a Kitchen erfüllten.
Lernen Sie uns kennen
Nana Frittas began with a family tradition and a grandmother’s love. As a little girl, Lorraine watched her Nana make frittas on holidays and special occasions. Every morning started early, with Nana carefully preparing her dough her “baby” and letting it rise until it was just right.
When the time came to cook, Nana would invite Lorraine, her brothers and sister into the kitchen to help. Together, they shaped and fried each fritta by hand, filling the room with laughter, warmth, and the delicious smell of home-cooked love.
Those moments became some of Lorraine’s most cherished memories, and they continue to inspire Nana Frittas today. Each dish we serve carries that same sense of family, tradition, and the simple joy of sharing something made from the heart.
