Our Commitment

At Nana Fritta’s, we believe everyone should be able to enjoy our food and access our services equally — whether in person at our food truck or online. We’re committed to making our business accessible and inclusive to all customers, regardless of ability.

We strive to meet:

  • Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, for digital accessibility.

  • Georgia’s Digital Accessibility Standards as best practices for inclusivity.

Physical Accessibility (Food Truck)

While we operate a mobile food truck, we take accessibility seriously at every stop.
We aim to:

  • Set up in locations with accessible parking and ramps whenever possible.

  • Keep our service window reachable for guests using wheelchairs or mobility aids.

  • Provide large-print menus or verbally read menu options upon request.

  • Welcome service animals in compliance with ADA regulations.

  • Assist guests with carrying food or placing orders if requested.

If a setup or event location poses challenges, we’ll do our best to adjust and accommodate.

Digital Accessibility (Website)

Our goal is to make our website easy for everyone to navigate. We:

  • Use clear headings, readable fonts, and strong color contrast.

  • Add alternative text (“alt text”) to images.
